The following standard features are incorporated into all EMAC Modular buildings:
Structure
Engineer designed steel chassis, complete with built in lifting points. Timber or steel frame wall system. All steelwork coated for optimum protection. 19mm Tongue and Groove Termite resistant Particleboard flooring, glued and nailed, sanded on completion. Insulation to ceiling and walls to relevant requirements.
External Features
Colorbond Low Profile wall cladding and Zincalume Uniclad roof sheet (screw fixed), complete with Colorbond Steel Barges and Flashings. Aluminium Horizontal Sliding Windows with white powder coat Acrylic finish, complete with flyscreens. White Colorbond Steel Clad Door in steel frame complete with satin stainless steel finish lockset.
Internal Features
Ceiling lined with decorative pre-finished white plywood. Walls lined with grey polyester finished plywood. Floors covered with commercial grade 2.0mm Armalon vinyl (fully welded at seams and covered 100mm up walls) to ablution units. 32mm P.V.C. skirting, cornice and architraves in grey) Internal Doors – stained Sliced Pacific Maple honeycomb core door, satin stainless steel finish door furniture.
Joinery
Laminated cupboard under sink incorporating Formica tops and Coronite fronts. Wide range of colour combinations available. 600mm Bench tops, melamine shelving and cutlery drawer.
Sanitary Ware
Toilet suite – white pan and cistern (Dual Flush), chrome plate stop cock and vitreous china pan. 900mm stainless steel inset single bowl sink and drainer. Fibreglass shower cubicle complete with curtain. Stainless steel wall hung hand basin and urinal.
Tapware
Chrome plate tapware.
Plumbing
Electric Hot Water Service (size as nominated) Drainage wastes terminated under floor for owner to harness and connect to septic or sewer. Water service terminated near H.W.S. for owners to arrange connection to water supply. All work in accordance with relevant regulations and codes.
Electrical
Light and power points as per plan. Main service terminated at switchboard for owner to arrange connection to power supply. All work in accordance with relevant regulations and codes.
